The pork bone and soy sauce-based soup is made by mixing broth made from pork bones and chicken bones with soy sauce sauce sauce, and the noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a unique crunchy texture. Spinach, chashu pork, and seaweed are the basic toppings.
